Duxford Summer Air Show 2026 | The Highlights

Highlights from the Saturday of the Duxford Summer Air Show 2026 - featuring multiple international displays including the Royal Jordanian Falcons, FUBAR Aviation's MiG-17 (Lim-5), the Patrulla Quijote - a duo display of Skymasters from Spain and, one of the highly anticipated favourites, the Flying Bulls with their B-25 Mitchell, P-38 Lightning, F4U Corsair and P-51 Mustang. Other domestic displays included the Duxford-based B-17G Flying Fortress, 'Sally B' which celebrated 250 years of America with a special heritage flight flypast with a KC-135R Stratotanker, as well as the world's only Douglas C-41A making its public display debut. The RAF's Typhoon Display Team were also in attendance for the weekend, but due to an avionics issue the display was cut short after the first pass. Completing the show was a finale of six Duxford-based warbirds. The Hispano Buchon (playing its usual role as a Messerschmitt Bf 109), P-51D Mustang 'Tall in the Saddle', FM-2 Wildcat, P-47D Thunderbolt, Spitfire PR.XI and the F8F Bearcat.
