Hakuichi (箔一) which is one of the famous gold foil companies in Kanazawa sells very unique menu “Gold Leaf Ice Cream.” It looks extremely gorgeous as the whole gold leaf sheet is used in 1 normal size ice cream. It is overwhelming to see the gold leaf is put on the ice cream just in front of your eyes! We had a delightful dinners... yes I said 2 dinners in one night because we were on food expedition.
