AI governance sounds like a meeting you'd skip. It's actually what lets you keep using AI at work. In this video: three real cases of AI used with no rules, the three questions every team should answer, and four ChatGPT prompts (RCTFC: Role, Context, Task, Format, Constraints) that help you answer them in minutes.

SOURCES
Samsung (2023): engineers entered confidential source code into ChatGPT; Samsung then restricted generative AI tools on company devices (Bloomberg, May 2, 2023).
Mata v. Avianca (S.D.N.Y., June 22, 2023): two lawyers and their firm sanctioned $5,000 for a brief citing cases ChatGPT made up.
Moffatt v. Air Canada (BC Civil Resolution Tribunal, Feb 14, 2024): Air Canada held liable for its chatbot's wrong bereavement-fare information.
EU AI Act, Article 4 (AI literacy), applies from Feb 2, 2025.
HOW THIS WAS MADE
Every prompt was run live in ChatGPT (personal Plus account, temporary chats) on Oct 14, 2026; the results on screen are from those runs, trimmed but not reworded. The ChatGPT screens are rebuilt from that text, and the incident cards are typographic recreations. Copperline Logistics, Dana Whitfield and every number are invented example data. Narration is an AI voice (ElevenLabs) and the host clips are AI-generated (Google Flow).
