He also gain 100%/50% Critical buff and Keen buff -3rd skill now will remove all debuff from caster and gain CA Reactivation upon Autoignition effect end -4th skill added, earth damage to a foe and gain 5 Bluesky Bullet -2nd passive get upgraded, deal bonus damage based on number of Bluesky Bullet upon using ougi (max 5 hit), consume 1 Bluesky Bullet upon normal attack to deal earth damage to a foe His Bluesky Bullet mechanic is like weaker version Gun Relic Buster's Machine Cell combine with Selene's ougi effect which exclude damage immunity mechanic, It's weaker because dmg cap is lower and it's deal damage to a foe instead of all foes upon normal attack, for ougi bonus damage from Bluesky Bullet is max at 5 hits while Selene's ougi effect is max at 6 hits. Overall, his damage output is increase when using ougi thank to Bluesky Bullet and guarantee critical buff, as his critical hit will gain 10% more dmg cap up and with 3rd skill's upgrade. Also due upgrade of his 3rd skill, it's make him can use ougi 4 times in row in first 3 turns for massive damage output too. However his downside still same that is his skill have long cooldown so he will mostly excellent work in short fight where you able to finish the fight within 3-4 turns rather than long fight. In long fight his damage dealt will drop after used CA Reactivation which gain when Autoignition end and have to wait for his skill CD is ready again for next massive mass of damage but at least earth have Lobelia who can reduce all allies's skill CD come mitigate that downside to make Eugen can use his skills faster If his FLB is come during ougi meta era, I think he may easily become one of meta character, but sadly that era is already ended..... Man, I miss his old voice.... .
