Let's get one thing straight. We've been lied to. We've been lied to a long time, about how long it takes to change your life.
You've heard the old saying that it takes 21 days to form a new habit. Well, that's kind of a myth. It's a line that keeps people quitting in the third week or so, because they think they've failed. When in reality, you haven't failed at all.
Dr. Caroline Leaf says that it takes 63 days in order to rewire a toxic thought pattern and make a new one automatic.
90 days gives your brain enough time to make a neural pathway. If you've been struggling to change, you're not crazy. You're just early in the process.
In this teaching, Joseph Farley shares Chapter 7 of the Creative Mind Workbook with Section 7.5 — The 90-Day Practice.
You'll learn:
• Why the 21-day myth is keeping you stuck
• The neuroscience of building a neural superhighway
• The quantum physics of tunneling through barriers
• The 4 stages of the 90-day practice
• Stage 1 (Days 1–14): The Gate — Stillness and Gratitude
• Stage 2 (Days 15–35): Faith Activations — Write the vision and speak it
• Stage 3 (Days 36–56): Works in Action — One physical step every day
• Stage 4 (Days 57–90): Breakthrough — Review, celebrate, and plan
• Why missing a day is not failing (Just never miss two)
• The daily checklist: Still, Thanks, Speak, Step, Mark
• Why you must not quit in the third week
• The science and scripture of gratitude and faith
Neuroscientists have a saying: neurons that fire together, wire together. Every time you repeat a thought or an action, that connection gets stronger. That is the dirt road turning into concrete.
Right now, your new habit is just an old dirt road, but 90 days of repetition will pave that road into thick, beautiful concrete.
Your brain doesn't care about your goal. It only cares about what you repeat.
And here is the quantum physics of the 90-day practice. Imagine a particle hitting a solid barrier. In the physical world, it bounces off. But in the quantum world, the particle acts like a wave, and that wave goes through the barrier.
You do not have the energy to force your way through the barrier. You cannot out-grind your current reality. But if you show up every day, you create a wave. You create a frequency, and eventually, you tunnel right through that obstacle.
You have two choices. You can keep waiting for a miracle, or you can start the 90-day clock today. 90 days from now, you will either have the harvest, or you will have the excuses.
The clock is ticking. What are you gonna do?
