Large piece of stone found down the river, is it old?

This was found down the river some years ago. Large stone Plinth found buried in the stones down the river. Someone had dug it out when we went back later to do just that. Did have to go back home to get something to bring it home on. Looks nice out in the garden now. Is it old? No, looks to be made from concrete and has a date on the bottom. Vape count for 2026 2.
