Midday Local Switching Action On The Ridgeline Subdivision

If you saw the previous video, locals YLV -01 and YLV-02 have completed their runs and now its time for the mid-day local L248 to make the 64 mile journey to the Ridgeline Subdivision that serves Ridgely and Blue Ridge West Virginia.
