22RE Part 4

Today we install timing components for the 22RE. Timing Chain, Oil pump, water pump, and timing cover. Fairly simple progress but forgetting any step can be crucial to your engines lifespan. Torque Values for 22RE 4 cylinder engine: Camshaft sprocket bolt: 58 ft/lbs Timing Chain cover bolts 8mm: 9 ft/lbs 10mm: 29ft/lbs Oil Pump Bolts: Bolt A: 18 ft/lbs (Top sealer bolt) Bolt B: 14 ft/lbs (Mid section bolts) Bolt C: 9 ft/lbs (Bottom bolts) Water pump bolts: 13ft/lbs Music by: MarioBeatz
