THE MAD 1.3L TOYOTA GT's FROM MALTA THAT RUN 9 SECOND 1/4 MILES

So there is a class in Malta for the 1.3L Toyota GT's. They still run the 1.3 litre engines, but all built with massive turbo's. They are street legal and and still run full steel panels. These cars regularly run in the 9's at Hal Far Drag way, and I think the best time is 9.53 at 152mph.
