Playa del Carmen - 2021 The Fives, City and Waterfront

In June 2021, Tonya and I took my mother, Leann Denning, to Playa del Carmen for a week vacation. It was the trip that she had been on since the passing of my father and basically the first trip for all of us after Covid. We stayed at The Fives - Downtown. This video shows the streets and waterfront of the city. We were told that June is the rainy season and it did rain. Also, that there is a lot of algae in the sea and on the beach at this time of the year, as you can see from the beach pictures. But at other times of the year, the beaches are clean. It was a great trip.
