The presentation focused on comparing two native Philippine Ailanthus taxa - Ailanthus integrifolia subspecies integrifolia (malasapsap) and Ailanthus triisa (malakamias) - examining their leaf architecture, surface features, stomata types, trichomes, and internal anatomy to identify distinct characteristics that could aid in species identification and biodiversity documentation.
