Zamorak, Lord of Chaos, 4k kill no food eaten - Post Aura removal

Melee camp, 4k Zammy solo with no food eaten. I recently worked on the climb to 4k, and decided to try and see if I could complete the kill without eating. Yes there is food in my inventory but I didn't end up using any.
