ARMC What's your Why Wednesday #7

In this month’s edition of “What’s Your Why Wednesday,” meet Erich Bonilla, a healthcare program administrator in our Enhanced Care Management department. The Enhanced Care Management (ECM) program at Arrowhead Regional Medical Center involves teams engaging with high-risk patients who need additional care management outside their hospital appointments and connecting them with resources such as transportation or specialty care. Erich’s journey to this role started when he was young. With assistance and guidance from those around him, Erich was able to pursue opportunities that furthered his education and career. Now, Erich leads multiple teams and helps create change for hundreds of patients. He regularly shares his story with his team to encourage them and emphasize how their roles significantly impact patients' lives.
