Florida Tour, Destin/Fort Walton Beach

It's our very special time of the year, our annual July trip to one of many "pin on the map" locations. This time, we travel to Florida...again! Destination, Destin! Tag along with us as we prepare to leave from the Denham Springs KOA in Baton Rouge, LA and move eastward to the Fort Walton Beach/Destin area. We couldn't wait to give our new kayak a try, but could we make it to Crab Island and "shove off" from there? It wouldn't be a journey without a few hiccups but what makes it all worthwhile is meeting up with friends "4 Ever Trippin' ", Tim and Lee, who we've been speaking with for years and still hadn't met, and our "Together We Roll" family/COUSINS "Miles With Views", David and Tabatha, the Florida natives.
