How long will a Clarke (ShelterLogic) Garage/Workshop Last in Stormy Climates?

Storm Arwen struck the East coast of Scotland on the 26th November 2021. Gusts of up to 98 mph were recorded. My Clarke 20' (6.1m) portable garage/workshop ripped apart in the storm. The tented garage was three and a half years old and had been showing signs of wear to the cover and I had patched a couple of rips where the cover touched the frame ribs. Luckily I had been given a lightly used 16" Clarke (4.9 x 3.7 x 2.5m) garage workshop and I was able to fit this to the existing frame. I had to remove one 4 foot bay to reduce the tent from 20' to 16' It only took about 4 hours to remove the old cover and fit the new one.
