We're Going to Fix Chapter 1's Elder Signs! (Arkham Horror Discussion)

Seems like the new investigators in Chapter 2 all have elder sign effects that are bangers! That... definitely wasn't so in Chapter 1, where a good chunk of investigators didn't feel like anything special happened when they drew the blue token. As a fun exercise, Justin and I try to fix that!
