I Made Akali Microscopic…and Somehow Tanky

The objective was simple: make Akali tiny and extremely difficult to kill. This was obviously a responsible use of our time. Giant’s Adversary showed up. AP tank Akali started cooking. Then she got smaller, tankier, and increasingly difficult to locate without professional assistance.
