How to use the iPad Mini as a wireless monitor

Is this the best wireless monitor using the iPad Mini? I'm attempting to make a wireless monitor setup that I can hand to a Producer so they can wirelessly see what I'm shooting. The goal is as little setup as possible, battery powered and can be used by someone who has used an iPad before. I would love to know what people think of this idea, so let me know in the comments below!
