Join me as I take on my DNF demons, and take on the September 2023 in THE MOST BRUTAL HEAT, after I bowed out at Troutbeck in September 2023 with a knee problem. The heat and humidity on this years THE LAP Windermere was intense, with an average temperature of 30c and a high of 35c, causing one of the highest DNF rates to date on The Lap, but WE DIG DEEP!!!
