Mary Oliver: Great Souls, Great Prayers

Oliver during her writing career focused on portraying the natural world with terse descriptions and breath-taking metaphors. She shared the simplicities of daily living in her poetry. This is one of several profiles of Great Souls Great Prayers as presented by Rev. Robert Lee Hill, minister emeritus Community Christian Church. The series was organized by First Christian Church of Independence MO. See other Great Souls at www.greatsoulsgreatprayers.org.
