You wake up separated from Dr. Kleiner after escaping anomalous materials and find the HECU marine Mike. Later we take you to a part of the chapter "Relay" where Eli is sent on a mission with a small team to stop the lambda rocket intercept in a secret federal installation connected to Black Mesa. Mod author: ODSTZOMBIESLAYA ____________________________________ INSTALLATION -Subscribe to the mod in Workshop and wait for it to download. STEP 1: Once downloaded Open file manager -Go to "*/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/362890/3769992907"; in your file manager, Ensure its the steam directory that has Black Mesa installed. Click workshop, then click content, click folder 362890, click 3769992907 Highlight and copy all files in here they are: bmc bmc.bat how_to_install.txt If you are using the Custom folder method just copy bmc_pak.vpk's inside folder "bmc" to folder "Black Mesa/bms/custom". Use this method if the launcher version freezes! 'This method has more in game glitches like other language captions still showing black mesa's chapter titles, this is because I haven't made any other captions besides English.' Copy ONLY all bmc_pak.vpk files in the folder "bmc" you got from: "*/Steam/steamapps/workshop/content/362890/3769992907" Go to your Black Mesa installation folder Go into "Black Mesa/bms/custom" and paste the vpk's you copied all into the folder "custom". If you haven't made a custom folder do that before pasting the .vpk files. The mod should now launch when you launch black mesa normally. No batch file or launch parameters required. REGULAR INSTALL ( BATCH LAUNCHER VERSION) Go to your Black Mesa in steam Right click Black mesa from the games tab Click Properties Go to the tab that says "Installed Files" Click Browse in the top right corner It will open your file manager in Black Mesa folder, click the back arrow twice in the top left corner of the tab. You should see: common depotcache downloading music shadercache etc... workshop Click workshop, then click content, click folder 362890, click 3769992907 Highlight and copy all files in here they are: bmc bmc.bat bmc_icon.ico how_to_install.txt STEP 2: Go to your Black Mesa in steam Right click Black mesa from the games tab Click Properties Go to the tab that says "Installed Files" Click Browse in the top right corner Paste all files you copies in Step 1 into this folder! -You are ready to launch! Double Click Bmc.bat to start the game! Launch via Steam Library: (WORKS WITH LAUNCHER VERSION ONLY) Go to Black Mesa game properties in Steam and type "-game bmc" into your launch options. Important: Don't forget to remove these parameters when you want to return to base game. UNINSTALL -Go to your Black Mesa root directory ("*/Steam/steamapps/Common/Black Mesa/"); -Delete: bmc bmc.bat bmc_icon.ico how_to_install.txt If you used the custom method you just delete all bmc_pak.vpk's All credits go to their respective owners.
