This is a full Joyo Preamp House demo on real playing, not a marketing walkthrough. Rig is DI guitar into the pedal, then Quad Cortex as IR loader only, with a touch of room reverb. No amp modeling in the chain. Clean and drive channels on every model, minor EQ and gain tweaks as I go so each amp character reads clearly, then a matched-gain A/B through all nine, a Tube Screamer push on the high-gain models, and a head-to-head of the built-in cab sim versus an external IR. I get to keep the product. They are not paying me beyond that. All thoughts and opinions are mine. THE VERDICT The Joyo Preamp House is a small pedal that covers a lot of amp characters. Clean and drive channels per model, effects loop, jack out, XLR out with ground lift, and a built-in cab sim for a quick direct rig. It takes a Tube Screamer push well. On its own you can get a fast, usable setup. Into a PA, mixer, or DAW with your own IR after, it stays flexible. The built-in IR is usable for live direct work. I prefer an external IR for studio tone. Build quality is solid. Price is in Joyo territory, so you are not paying boutique money for nine amp voices.
