The Cleveland Browns are massive road underdogs against Tampa Bay in Week 2, with the Buccaneers currently favored by around 8.5 points after the line moved significantly following Cleveland's 34-10 disaster in Jacksonville. It's understandable that oddsmakers would react to the Browns looking that bad, but Tampa Bay is also 0-1 after losing 33-27 to Cincinnati, raising the question of whether one terrible Browns performance has pushed this line too far.
