This is the secret 15th Nightmare Trial. You unlock it by getting at least Bronze in all 14 Nightmare Trials and beating the story. Same build as the previous trial videos. I also posted a 4 second video of my build. This one took me two attempts. At the start you'll see me switch L2 abilities because Onslaught caused me to die on wave 20 my first attempt. I go back to the one I used on all other gauntlets. I'm also level 36, max for the first playthrough, with all techniques unlocked. I got lucky and got all of the perks I prefer on this attempt, but was still a close one several times. The secret ending was cut out, but I will post it separately.
