Welcome to "Raaz Aur Sach" 🔍✨! वो एक युद्ध जिसने अंग्रेजों को भारत का मालिक बना दिया | Battle of Buxar full story in hindi #buxarwar In this video we describe the complete story of the Battle of Buxar (1764), one of the most decisive battles in Indian History, fought between the British East India Company and the combined forces of Mughal Emperor Shah Alam II, Nawab Shuja-ud-Daula of Awadh, and Mir Qasim, the former Nawab of Bengal. After the Battle of Plassey (1757), the influence of the British East India Company expanded rapidly in Bengal. Mir Qasim tried to challenge British authority and formed an alliance with Shah Alam II and Shuja-ud-Daula to stop the growing power of the Company. On 23 October 1764, at Buxar in present-day Bihar, the allied Indian forces faced the British army led by Major Hector Munro. Although the alliance had a larger force, poor coordination, strategic mistakes, and lack of unity allowed the British East India Company to secure a decisive victory. The Battle of Buxar proved even more significant than the Battle of Plassey, because it gave the East India Company political control over Bengal, Bihar, and Orissa. In 1765, through the Treaty of Allahabad, Mughal Emperor Shah Alam II granted the Diwani Rights of Bengal, Bihar, and Orissa to the British East India Company, laying the foundation for British rule in India. Learn about Battle of Buxar, Mir Qasim, Shah Alam II, Shuja-ud-Daula, Hector Munro, Robert Clive, Battle of Plassey, Treaty of Allahabad, Diwani Rights, and how this battle changed the future of India.
