Onsen, salsa, and a sprint for the last train — one full day from Kyoto to Tokyo. We started at Funaoka Onsen (no filming allowed inside, but the neighborhood around it was worth the wander) and stumbled onto Kenkun Shrine, which had one of the best views we didn't expect to find. From there it was Kyoto Station to catch the shinkansen to Shibuya, where we're staying for the next week. After a quick pass through Shibuya Crossing, we checked into our Airbnb, hit a music bar in Shibuya, then made our way to Roppongi for salsa and bachata at El Cafe Latino, followed by a nightcap at a club. A little tipsy and a lot late, we sprinted to catch the last train back to Shibuya.
