Counter Offer - No Thank You!

This video covers the reasons why you say no thank you to a counter offer. 90% of those that accept a counter offer are no longer with that company in one year. Preparation is the reason why you will not accept the counter offer. Write down your thoughts regarding leadership, the company, compensation/benefits/perks, and your personal reasons for wanting to leave. If you find that it is all about comp/benefits/perks, try to negotiate those items before interviewing. If any other areas are falling short, it is probably time to get your resume ready.
