लिब्जु-स्वालेवा पार्क: LIBJU-SWALEWA PARK (WAMBULE RAI) उँवु, ओखलढुङगा

ओखलढुङगा जिल्ला धार्मिक, सांस्कृतिक र प्राकृतिकरुपमा सम्पन्न छ । विभिन्न जाती र जनजातीको मिश्रित वसोवास रहेको ओखलढुङगामा आपसी सद्भाव र सामाजिक सहिष्णुता पनि बलियो छ । सामाजिक र सांस्कृतिक सर्वगुणले सम्पन्न ओखलढुङगाको प्रमुख धार्मिक, सांस्कृतिक र प्राकृतिक स्थलहरुको शीर्ष सूचीमा पवित्र लिब्जु थान र स्वालेवा पार्क पनि रहेका छन् । शक्ति, सुरक्षा र सम्बृद्धीको प्रतिक लिब्जु थान मानेभञ्ज्याङ गाउँपलिकाको वाक्सा र उवुँ गाउँको शीरमा छ । करिव २००० मीटरको उचाँइमा घना जंगलबीच रहेको लिब्जु सवैको रक्षा गर्ने शक्तिशाली देवताकोरुपमा पुजनीय छ । वाम्बुले राई जातीका लागि 'लिब्जु' सृष्टीकर्ता सर्वोच्च कुलदेवताकोरुपमा रहेको छ । त्यसैले वाम्बुले राई जातीले लिब्जु उपो सामाथान भनेर सम्बोधन र श्रद्धा गर्दछन् । वाम्बुले भाषामा उपोको अर्थ पुर्खा (बाजे) र समाथानको अर्थ पवित्र पुजास्थल हो । खासगरी विगतमा लाहुर जानेले आफ्नो रक्षा र सफलताको लागि लिब्जुमा भाकल गर्ने चलन थियो । गोरुको जुरा आकारमा रहेको लिब्जुमा भाकल पूरा भएपछि गोरु छाड्ने गरिन्थ्यो । शक्ति, सुरक्षा र सम्बृद्धीको प्रतिक लिब्जु अहिले सवैको साझा सम्पदा र पवित्र धार्मिक स्थलकारुपमा स्थापित छ । त्यसैले लिब्जु सर्वमान्य, सर्वपूज्य र सर्वशक्तिशाली धार्मिक स्थल हो । सवै जाती र भाषीको आस्थाको धरोहर हो । प्रशिद्ध र पुजनीय लिब्जुको काखमा किराँत वाम्बुले राईहरुको सघन वस्ती वाम्द्याल (WAMDYAL) रहेको छ । मानेभञ्ज्याङ गाउँपालिकाको वडा नं ३ मा रहेको वाम्द्याल वाम्बुले राईहरुको मुख्य वस्ती हो । यही वस्तीको मध्यभागमा वाम्बुले राईहरुको सांस्कृतिक र ऐतिहासिक पहिचानको प्रतिक स्वालेवाको स्तम्भ रहेको छ । अहिले सम्मकै अग्लो स्वालेवाको स्तम्भसंगै अदुवा अर्थात फिफिवाको अर्को स्तम्भ पनि छ । मौलिक पहिचान भएका वाम्बुले राईहरुका लागि स्वालेवा र फिफिवाको विशिष्ट धार्मिक र सांस्कृतिक महत्व छ । Okhaldhunga is very rich in religion, culture and nature. It is worshiped as a powerful deity with beliefs to protect everyone. For the Wambule Rai, 'Libju' is the supreme deity as the creator. So, Wambu Rai worshipped and respects Libju as Libju Upo Samathan. In the Wambule language, Upo is ancestor (Baje) and Samathan means a holy place of worship. In the past, it was customary for those going to abroad as a British and Indian army job to vow to Libju for their protection and success. A symbol of strength, security and prosperity, Libju is now established as a common heritage and a holy religious place. It is the heritage of faith of all castes and culture. In the lap of the Libju,a densely populated village of Kirant Wambule Rai (Wamdyal) is situated. The Ward No. 3 of Manebhanjyang Rural Municipality Ubu (Wamdyal) is the main settlement of Wambule Rai. The center point of the settlement is decorated by Swalewa Park. The main attraction of the park is an Idol pillar of Swalewa (SWALEWA STAMBHA). Swalewa Stambha is a symbol of cultural and historical identity of Wambule Rai. Along with the Idol pillar of Swalewa, an Idol pillar of (FIFIWA) ginger is situated.
