Part 4 of the bookcase build: a glass mullion door. Wes shows that a good mullion door is all about the math. He glues up the frame with a spacer underneath, makes 1"-wide mullion strips with a 14° bevel on both sides to match the frame's inside bevel, uses spacer blocks to keep every opening even, and shares a quick gluing trick for the cross mullions. He pre-sands the pieces, works in from both ends so any inconsistency lands in the center, and gently sands the joints that will sit against the siliconed glass.
