Designing for Performance: Work, Analytics and Organisational Effectiveness

In this episode of Organisation Design in Focus, Dr. Alec Levenson, Senior Research Scientist and Director at the USC Marshall Center for Effective Organizations, joins us to explore how organisation design, work design and analytics can be used to improve organisational performance. The conversation will examine how leaders can diagnose the real causes of performance problems, connect data and analytics more closely with organisation design decisions, and avoid relying on overly simple measures of workforce effectiveness.
