Court rules that UPDF should retire Gen. Sejusa

High Court Judge Margaret Oumo Oguli has this morning ruled that former coordinator of intelligencer services Gen David Sejusa is no longer a serving UPDF officer. In her verdict she read at Tweed towers, the judge said Sejusa is entitled to constructive discharge from the army since he no longer receives a salary and other benefits.  The judge also dismissed as speculative that Sejusa would be a troublemaker if left to retire as the prosecution claimed.
