Visiting Freezerburgh | Common skate and haddock from Scotland's East Coast

The Scottish east coast is generally regarded as cod and pollack territory, but both haddock and common skate have made a comeback. In this episode Ian and I head north to Rosehearty, near Fraserburgh, to pinch a few of Trev's tasty haddock and have a bash for some big flat things that also enjoy a haddock supper.
