This 1956 Jaguar XK140 SE roadster was completed on November 7, 1956 and distributed in the US through Jaguar Cars of New York. It was acquired by the previous owner in 1990 and remained in storage until undergoing a five-year refurbishment that was completed in 2019. Power is provided by a rebuilt 3.4-liter inline-six paired with a four-speed manual gearbox, and the car is finished in silver over black upholstery. Additional equipment includes 16″ Dunlop chrome wire wheels, a replacement black soft top, Lucas side mirrors, and stainless steel brake lines. The car was previously listed on BaT in April 2020, and work since the previous auction included repairing the horn, throttle, and hood latch along with adjusting the clutch and replacing the fuel sending unit. This XK140 is offered by the selling dealer in New York with a clean Montana title.
