RCD MOD 2 vs RCD CORE 4.6 — Can Anything Beat This Gun?!

The Race City Defense MOD 2 finally goes head-to-head with the CORE 4.6! These are two very similar 4.6” 2011-style pistols from Race City Defense, but there are some important differences in the porting, grip, magwell, and overall feel. More importantly, the MOD 2 has been one of the hardest guns to beat on this channel—so today we’re finding out if the CORE 4.6 can finally take it down. We put both pistols through a full Battle Series matchup, including a cold-start accuracy drill, Build Drills, the High Five, reloads, Mozambique drills, and the MSP Black Belt Standard. And the MOD 2 came out SWINGING. After not shooting it for a couple of months, I managed to set a NEW 1.44-second Bill Drill PR, tie my 4.55 High Five PR, and tie my 1.22 Mozambique PR—all with the MOD 2.
