Camino Frances - Burgos to Mansilla

After Burgos, the Camino opens onto the Meseta—wide skies, harvested wheat fields, and roads stretching for miles. We walked through Castrojeriz, Frómista, and Sahagún, reconnecting with familiar faces in Moratinos along the way. These quiet, open stretches give us time to reflect, appreciate our lives, and share stories with fellow pilgrims. The landscape may feel empty, but the friendships give it life.
