Davis Vineyard Estate Development Updates 🏡✨ World of Homes on Banks Drive is nearing completion with 8 homes with current Certificate of Occupancies an all open to inspect Saturdays & Sundays Stage 13/13A Waterway and Parklands is under construction and expected to be completed mid 2027 Stages 14/15/16 Land Release is under civil construction and expected titles are June & July 2027 Stage 5 is open and most owners are near completion on their homes, Heritage Reserve Park is officially open for the public to utilise. Arnold Reserve Park continues to offer great amenities for children, family’s to enjoy, even for the pet walkers.
