American Dies In The Philippines With A Smile On His Face

A 43 year old American man was found dead by his 23 year old Filipina fiancé in the bed they shared in Cebu. He was right where he wanted to be. It made me ask the question, "Why do so many foreign men die of heart attacks in the Philippines?" Thanks for watching! Thank you for your support of Sunshine Shoulders!
