One point from Carrie really stood out to me: sustainability and clinical trial excellence don't have to compete with each other. In many cases, they go hand in hand. We talked about making sustainability part of study design early, reducing unnecessary visits and shipments, looking more closely at resource use and waste, and using better data to identify where changes can actually make a difference.
