What would happen if your life changed tomorrow?
Would you have options?
When we hear the words “exit plan,” we often think about retirement. But an exit plan can be much more than that.
It can be a plan for what happens if you lose your job, your industry changes, your relationship changes, your children become independent, or you simply realize that the life you're living isn't the life you want anymore.
In this video, I explore why having an exit plan can be useful at every stage of life — from your 20s and 30s, through midlife, and into our 60s and beyond.
I also share some personal experiences around career, finances and relationships, and some practical questions you can use to start thinking about your own options.
Because an exit plan isn't necessarily about leaving something.
Sometimes it's about making sure you're prepared to move *toward* something you want.
In this video:

The question isn't necessarily, “When am I leaving?”
It might simply be:
*“If things changed tomorrow, would I have options?”*
I'd love to hear your answer in the comments.
