RCSI School of Medicine Conferring Ceremony May 2022

336 doctors graduated from RCSI University of Medicine and Health Sciences at the Convention Centre Dublin (CCD) on Monday, 30 May 2022, the first in-person Conferring ceremony to take place since 2019. As the largest undergraduate medical school in Ireland, the RCSI conferring ceremony sees the largest number of doctors graduate each year. As part of the ceremony, the NUI Degree of Doctor of Medicine (DMed) on Published Work was also awarded. We were delighted to award an RCSI Honorary Doctorate Degree to Dr Trish Scanlan in recognition of her outstanding contributions to global healthcare. Dr Scanlan delivered an inspirational address to the School of Medicine Class of 2022 as part of the ceremony.
