Things are getting tense in NBA 2K27 MyCAREER! The rumor about coach showing favoritism is causing problems off the court, and we're still trying to figure out who started it. So we begin asking questions and talking to certain people around the team to get to the bottom of what's really going on. Meanwhile, we're still fighting our way through the NBA Cup. As we get closer and closer to the Finals, the pressure keeps building. Then, before the championship game, we finally discover who reported the rumor… and it turns out to be Trace! But there was more to the story. Trace wasn't trying to cause problems in the locker room. He was just venting to an “acquaintance” who happened to be a reporter. The reporter saw an opportunity to gain some popularity and decided to report it. With everything finally coming to light, we still had a championship to play for. And we WON THE NBA CUP! After the Finals, we finally sat down with Trace and the coach and settled everything.
