Arts Education: Picasso Polygon Portraits

The Arts Center of Coastal Carolina’s Cyber School of Art is now offering free digital arts learning experiences for teachers and students to enjoy online. Each lesson includes a PDF that you can share or print, and an accompanying video lesson. In this arts-integrated lesson, students will learn about the art of Pablo Picasso while being introduced to the attributes of different types of polygons. The only materials that are required are a pencil and piece of paper, but if available students may wish to use a black marker, ruler or another straight edge to trace, and any coloring supplies they have such as crayons or markers.
