Filmed Walking In, Never Filmed Walking Out: The Brian Shaffer Case

On April 1, 2006, Ohio State medical student Brian Shaffer was recorded on security video going into the Ugly Tuna Saloona in Columbus, Ohio. Just before 2 a.m., a camera caught him one last time outside the entrance. No footage has ever shown him leaving. He was 27, grieving his mother, and days away from a trip to Miami with the woman friends thought he would propose to. In this episode of The Buried Files we follow the timeline from the last frame to today: the missing exit, the phone that seemed to ring months later, a father who searched until he died, and a case that is still open twenty years on. If you have information, please contact Central Ohio Crime Stoppers or the Columbus Division of Police. Sources: FBI ViCAP: https://www.fbi.gov/wanted/vicap/miss...
