How To Tie Brett's Klamath October Caddis Skater

Hello everyone, this is a how-to fly tying tutorial on Brett's Klamath Skater. Specifically the October Caddis Skater, this is one of my favorite flies to tie at home. This is a steelhead dry fly that skates across the riffles and gets slammed.
