If I was induced to this reckless tailoring operation, it is all because of Carl Schuricht (great conductor, recognize it!) and his old Wagnerian LP (released in Italy in the 60s: Orpheus M-2246), my first Wagner - and the first love is never forgotten! The “Suite” conducted by Schuricht is present on YouTube in at least two different videos. Even more numerous are the uploads of the historic performance of Toscanini (Salzburg 1937). Non è colpa mia!! Se sono stato indotto a questa spericolata operazione di sartoria, è tutta colpa di Carl Schuricht (grandissimo direttore, lo riconoscerete!) e del suo vecchio LP wagneriano (pubblicato in Italia negli anni ‘60: Orpheus M-2246), il mio primo Wagner - e il primo amore non si scorda mai! La “Suite” diretta da Schuricht è presente in YouTube con almeno due video. Ancora più numerosi gli uploads della storica esecuzione di Toscanini (Salisburgo 1937).
