Discover one of the hidden gems near El Nido, Palawan, Philippines — El Nido Beach Camp! 🏝️🌴 Located approximately 15 minutes south of El Nido, Palawan, this peaceful tropical beach camp offers an incredible off-the-beaten-path Philippines travel experience that many tourists never discover. In this video, we explore El Nido Beach Camp, a secluded paradise featuring breathtaking blue and turquoise waters, nearby islands, beautiful sunset views, and a quiet natural setting far away from the crowds and noise of El Nido town. 🌊 Why El Nido Beach Camp is worth discovering: The beach is sheltered by nearby islands, creating calm, clear water that is excellent for swimming, snorkeling, kayaking, and families with young children. The shoreline gradually becomes deeper, making it a comfortable place to enjoy the water. You can kayak toward nearby islands, go snorkeling, and potentially spot sea turtles in the surrounding waters. Boat tours can also be arranged for island hopping, beach tours, and exploring nearby tropical islands. One of the highlights is a beautiful white sand sandbar just a short walk along the beach. When the tide is low, you can walk through the shallow water toward the sandbar — a perfect tropical Philippines experience. 🌅 Sunsets, hammocks & beach life El Nido Beach Camp has a laid-back atmosphere with tables beneath large shade trees, rope swings overlooking the beach, hammocks, and a beach bonfire area. The views are spectacular, with turquoise water and islands right in front of the camp. The friendly owners and staff are warm and welcoming, often making visitors feel more like family than tourists. 🍽️ Fresh local food The camp kitchen prepares fresh, home-cooked meals, including freshly caught fish and local coconuts. It’s a great opportunity to experience a slower, more authentic side of Palawan, Philippines. ⛺ Accommodation Visitors can stay in: • Tents • Small A-frame huts • Two larger house-style accommodations suitable for families or groups ☀️ Off-grid amenities Despite its remote location, El Nido Beach Camp offers several useful amenities, including solar electricity, charging stations, solar-powered yard and beach lights, and Starlink WiFi. 🚙 Important: The road is the biggest challenge Getting to this hidden beach camp is part of the adventure. The first approximately 500 meters include a steep gravel road descent followed by a steep gravel road climb. Most visitors park at the top 150 meters away unless they have a 4x4 vehicle. The final approximately 150 meters is a very steep gravel road that most visitors will need to walk. We were able to drive our 4-wheel-drive truck directly to the camp without a problem. I tell it like it is... The Good, the Bad and the Ugly. Most vloggers don’t ever want to say anything negative about anything. Then when you go to that place, you are disappointed or disenchanted and you feel that, your hard earned, expensive vacation was totally ruined, because you didn’t know. Had you known, then you could have avoided that specific situation or maybe, it never applied to you to start with. So this is why I tell it as it is. Before I moved here, I had several vacations in other countries ruined and no vlogger ever said anything negative about that place, and I paid the price for it. When you watch YouTube, are all your shows, all pretty pictures and they don’t show the floods that regularly come though? How is your vacation now, that there is 3-4 ft of water in your hotel and the town? Subscribe for the accurate truth about destinations.
