Prevent Mice, Moisture and Drafts with Duct Seal

I replaced the duct seal on this property as the existing seal was completely deteriorating. I ended up using Rector Seal 81880, it comes in a 1lb package that will handle a few smaller openings. Using duct seal prevents pests like mice and insects from entering your home. It also can prevent moisture and unwanted drafts. It's overall pretty easy to apply, I like to take a chunk of duct seal, roll it up and apply it around the existing holes that need to be sealed off.
