NICEST IMO Problem Ever? Ninja Says Yes! (IMO 2023 P5) #SoME3

This problem from the 2023 IMO is super cool. It’s a fantastic example of what an IMO problem should be — something that a clever high school student can understand (with no knowledge of university mathematics), but that still challenges the best of the best.
