1 Hour of UnRelaxing Sounds For Beginners (1 of 3)

This is a three part course. You must complete the course in order if you are new to UnRelaxing. Parts 1 (   • 1 Hour of UnRelaxing Sounds For Beginners ...  ) and 2 (   • UnRelaxing Sounds For Beginners (2 of 3)  ) are 1 hour duration, followed by a final 4 hour session (   • 4 Hours of UnRelaxing Sounds For Beginners...  ) . So you want to have a go at unrelaxing, and for the beginner it can be a bit of a minefield.
