The Kearsey-Lawson Grip and Technique explained (as a development of the Musser Stevens Grip), the excellent use of the Kearsey-Lawson grip for fast, accurate and controlled chord playing, such as for 4th's and 6th intervals. An approach which uses the natural movement of the wrist, plus the triangle shape for snare drum and kit playing, yet a grip which also keeps the best of the Stevens Musser with independent mallets and wrist rolls, and other rolls such as rotation stroke.
